Terms of Service
1. FORMATION OF CONTRACT
By placing an order with THE YUMMY SPUDDY COMPANY LIMITED, you enter into a legally binding contract for the provision of culinary services. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send a confirmation email or SMS. We reserve the right to decline orders based on logistical constraints within the Hove region.
2. DELIVERY AND THERMAL INTEGRITY
We utilize high-precision thermal containers to maintain food safety. Our delivery timeframes are estimates; however, we guarantee that all food is delivered within the 'Safe Zone' temperatures defined by the UK Food Standards Agency. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery to the specified address.
3. ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
While we operate rigorous allergen separation protocols, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and dairy. Clients must declare all severe allergies during the onboarding process. The Company is not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, the statutory 14-day "cooling off" period does not apply to individual meal orders (Regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Corporate subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
